30-day money-back guarantee

Asidara offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you provided at checkout, or
  • Contact Asidara support through the channel listed on our website and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period — request a refund using the process above if you would like one.

Beyond the 30-day window

Requests received after the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
